Why did Great Waltham Primary School need 3pr?

Great Waltham Primary School is in a small but busy village and is located on a narrow road. The school has experienced issues with vehicles parking on the School Keep Clear markings and on the junction directly opposite the school gates. Introducing a 3PR zone has helped to keep these areas clear, thereby making children’s journeys to school much safer.
