“Our school council have reported that fewer people are parking on the pavement and double yellow lines and that the journey to school is easier for wheelchairs and buggies. They also reported that more children are walking, scooting and cycling to school and that cars are parking further from the gates.
We have also received positive feedback from parents, who are glad they no longer have to walk in the road with buggies. They also feel the journey to school is safer and that their children want to walk to school to receive a token.”
